Journal of Computer, Engineering, Network, and Intelligent Multimedia (JCENIM) is a peer-reviewed open-access journal dedicated to interchange for the results of high-quality research in all aspect of Computer Engineering, Network and Intelligent Multimedia. The journal publishes state-of-art papers in fundamental theory, experiments, and simulation, as well as applications, with a systematic proposed method, sufficient review on previous works, expanded discussion, and concise conclusion. As our commitment to the advancement of science and technology, the JCENIM follows the open access policy that allows the published articles freely available online without any subscription. Submitted papers must be written in English for initial review stage by editors and further review process by minimum two reviewers.

Jurnal Volume 3 Nomor 2 memuat lima artikel yang berfokus pada penerapan teknologi komputasi, sistem tertanam, dan aplikasi seluler untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan nyata di bidang kesehatan, kebugaran, dan utilitas publik. Topik yang dibahas meliputi estimasi jumlah dan kepadatan orang pada citra kerumunan menggunakan metode Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), perancangan sepeda statis berbasis sensor Photoplethysmography (PPG) untuk pemantauan kebugaran, serta pengembangan sistem pencatatan konsumsi air PDAM berbasis geolokasi dan Wireless Sensor Network. Selain itu, edisi ini juga menghadirkan pengembangan game edukasi berbasis Android sebagai media edukasi gejala dan pencegahan stroke. Secara keseluruhan, artikel-artikel dalam edisi ini menunjukkan kontribusi signifikan teknologi informasi dan rekayasa sistem dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan kualitas layanan di berbagai sektor kehidupan masyarakat.
