Journal of Computer, Engineering, Network, and Intelligent Multimedia (JCENIM) is a peer-reviewed open-access journal dedicated to interchange for the results of high-quality research in all aspect of Computer Engineering, Network and Intelligent Multimedia. The journal publishes state-of-art papers in fundamental theory, experiments, and simulation, as well as applications, with a systematic proposed method, sufficient review on previous works, expanded discussion, and concise conclusion. As our commitment to the advancement of science and technology, the JCENIM follows the open access policy that allows the published articles freely available online without any subscription. Submitted papers must be written in English for initial review stage by editors and further review process by minimum two reviewers.

Pada Volume 2 Issue 3 ini disajikan berbagai penelitian yang menyoroti penerapan deep learning, komputasi paralel, dan pengolahan citra pada bidang kesehatan serta sistem informasi. Artikel-artikel yang dimuat mencakup deteksi Pneumothorax pada citra X-ray dan pemakaian sabuk pengaman berbasis Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) untuk meningkatkan akurasi analisis visual secara otomatis, penerapan deep learning dalam pengembangan chatbot Service Desk ITS guna mendukung layanan informasi yang lebih responsif, pengembangan aplikasi manajemen citra MRI berbasis framework Laravel untuk pengelolaan data medis yang terstruktur, serta pemanfaatan komputasi paralel dan YOLO deep learning dalam pendeteksian gelombang QRS Complex pada sinyal EKG secara efisien. Secara keseluruhan, Volume ini menegaskan kontribusi signifikan teknologi kecerdasan buatan dan komputasi modern dalam mendukung inovasi pada bidang medis dan sistem berbasis data.
