Pengembangan Aplikasi untuk Akuisisi dan Transfer Citra Medis pada Sistem Teledermatologi

Pemerataan tenaga medis, khususnya dokter spesialis kulit, masih belum mampu menjangkau daerah terpencil dan kota-kota kecil di Indonesia. Jarak yang jauh menjadi kendala utama bagi pasien. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, tugas akhir ini akan mengembangkan sebuah sistem aplikasi teledermatologi yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu dokter spesialis kulit dalam memberikan layanan jarak jauh kepada pasien di daerah terpencil. Teledermatologi merupakan layanan dermatologi dengan komunikasi jarak jauh. Pengembangan aplikasi teledermatologi bagi tenaga medis yang menangani pasien secara langsung meliputi akuisisi citra berupa foto penyakit pasien, formulir data pasien, dan formulir data rekam medis, serta penampilan data diagnosis bagi dokter spesialis. Pengembangan pada sisi dokter spesialis meliputi pembacaan data rekam medis, penampilan foto penyakit hasil akuisisi citra, serta formulir diagnosis. Komunikasi antara dokter spesialis dan tenaga medis yang menangani pasien secara langsung dilakukan melalui aplikasi teledermatologi menggunakan layanan berbasis website. Website teledermatologi ini memiliki layanan untuk pengolahan data rekam medis dan data pengguna, mampu menjalankan fungsi CRUD, serta mengelola data citra penyakit kulit.
